she needed to send a video file, but the file was in .mkv and the person couldn't open it. so i was converting to .mp4 for her

but chromebooks are WEIRD and i couldn't figure out how to rename the file because the rename option was grayed out!
i figured everything out for her but like, chromebooks suck with intuitive shit like that.
