someone i know at work got a bunch of chicks! everyone was like awww so cute
i talked to him during lunch once and he was like yeah i didn’t reallywanna say anything but tbh they’re for eating ........ lol ....

ooo i just looked up the last unicorn and it looks really gorgeous! i can imagine the animation and art direction being well done from the stills i can see
ill have to watch it sometime, next time i’m in the mood for an animated feature :-)

gods do you think you’ll do ok w not having as much structure for ur phd from the remote aspect?
my sense is that programs in general can feel unstructured to begin with since it’s mostly all on ur own time/schedule/ self management etc

yeah i can imagine the transition being hard for school, like teachers put in so much time effort into their syllabus and pacing and having to readjust it on the fly on top of dealing w pandemic ...... i can only imagine!
