ya also convenient to have on hand!! so versatile can throw them into anything for good flavor :3
i think garlic is decent for freezing -> cooking (not perfect but the trade off in convenience is worth it imo)

ohh i do freeze pepprs and onions p often :0
they've been fine for me but i also use them in recipes where using them from frozen is more ok cuz i know they won't be cronchy
