yeah they're kind of pricey :-/ i think i got mine for 50-60 usd online?
i think there's a suggested weight is like 10% of body weight ? if more it might feel too heavy but ultimately depends on preference !

ooo ^^ i'm not sure i know the scents of ceder and patchouli !
i use lavender and mint both a ton! like shower stuff and essential oils, lots of lavender and peppermint :3

it's not super high end but it's better quality than the super cheap ones i've had before and my sleep quality is pretty good lately :0

i've slept on bad mattresses my whole life until this past year and i think it really did help a lot to get a decent mattress :0 and pillow ^^
