All elves have a defense against dark elves, as they are pretty widely regarded as teh most troublesome. High elf blood counters the effects of dark elf blood for vampires, and wood elves just have a type of mana that is too strong for dark elves to try and grasp properly. It takes a lot more stealth and work in order to get dark elve mana to affect us.

Ayla nodded. She was most certainly willing to try and help, but she wasn't even sure if she could do any good. For all she knew, nothing would help.

Ayla nodded.

Do what you need to. She typed as Angela answered the phone.

"Hey." Angela ansswered. She sounded stressed, but given what was going on, it really wasn't that surprising.

"What can I do for you?" She asked after a second or two.

Angela just sighed.

"I can try." She told him simply.

"I'll try and get ahold of Yuri, and tell him to take Zeke to thge Unit. Where specifically?" She asked, her voice curious.

"You might want to get a specific room set up for it. We both know that he can get through the lockdown with no issues at all."

Ayla nodded before getting to her feet, waiting for him to lead the way. She paused to think about it all though, whether or not she needed anything. After a few seconds, she snapped her fingers before starting to type a list up for Hal. It wasn't a long list, only about 5 items, but two of them would be iffy to get.

Angela sighed before calling Yuri's number, hoping that maybe she'd reach him. If she couldn't she'd go through Aimee, but ideally, she didn't want a middle person for this.

"Yes." was Angela's reply.

"It was come to light that he may be acting the way he is because of a certain dark elf having Talon." Was her response.

"Hal has requested that he be taken to a specific room of the Unit, so as to attempt to fix this." She added with a light sigh.

"So, assuming he's still alive, please take him there." she said before giving him the specific details that she'd been given.

"Apparently." Angela agreed with a sigh.

"Regardless, I will make sure they are aware and ready for his arrival. Are you going to be with him?" She asked her voice curious.

"Doubt it." He answered.

"All right, I'll make sure they know."

Ayla nodded before stepping up to Zeke. She wasn't entirely sure that she could do anythign here, but she knew that she had to try, at least.

It took about five hours before she finished, and had required Hal's help at numerous points throughout it all, as well.

Once done, she just sank to the floor where she stood with a sigh. She'd done what she could, and it was a question of whether or not he had the mental strength to actually grab hold and pull himself up from the depths from with he currently resided.

She'd done all she could, after all.

Ayla, carefully, got to her feet - albeit with Hals' help. She merely motioned to Zeke, as if to say 'he's all yours', before making her way to the door, her steps slow and carefully planned.

To say that what she did took a lot out of her, would be one hell of an understatement. Of course, she knew that she had no place there, as she had no voice and she was an outsider. These two knew each other, and knew each other well, at that.

Ayla was completely silent, which probably was a surprise to Zeke for the moment. Even if he knew her before he'd had that personality shift, it didn't mean thta the would recall any of it. She knew that Vanessa's mana was rather volatile.

She just sighed lightly before tapping him on the head, as it was the easiest place to reach. When he looked to her, she just gave him the 'ok' sign with her hand as she leaned against the door... looking rather drained. (Not that it was a surprise). She'd managed to fill Hal in on how she'd probably be down and out for a few days after this, since it took a rather high degree of her mana, what with what Zeke was.
