She giggled.

Arissa could do this all day long and just watch him melt more and more.

It was cute watching him act this way.

It made her feel good to see him act that way.

"I wonder if eke has something like this fingers through the hair thing" she pondered

"Me?" she asked stopping.

She thought about it.

"Well when im a dragon i like scratches between my toes but in this form..?" she mused sitting down.

"Oh yes i once had a friend whod massage the spots at the back of my head. yknow the occipital bones? The little...knobby spots. he used to massage those." she said pointing to the base of her head in the back.

"That was the best feeling i ever experienced"

"I doubt he heard it, but maybe hell find it." she said smiling.

She got up and started milling around the kitchen.

"Looks like your low on fish..." she said

"Allow me then." she said walking away.

She gave aly a side hug and smiled.

"I may look like a sultry bombshell, but i suppose im moroe of a doting granny" she said laughing.

She gave ryker a kiss on the cheek and walked out.

Eke was sitting in bed.

He wasnt quite asleep but not quite awake.

He brought his knees close to him making a sleepy noise

He blinked and finally came out of his stupor.

He looked at her and smiled.

"You here to cuddle? cause its cold" he said holding out his arms.

"Im still so tired, i could use a cuddle buddy"

"You okay?" he asked.

"You act like something going to happen to change that" he said kissing her forehead.

"Whats next on the list 'grow old together'?" he joked

He then cuddled into her and yawned.

He smiled and held her close.

"You know you can almost always come cuddle" he said.

"As long as i dont have a flare up" he told her kissing her.

"Im so lucky to have you you know that?"

He then sighed.

"I just wish it could last longer...yknow? Dragons...are immortal...except for me..." he said.

"but im happy to have you while im here" he said.

He hugged her close smiling

"I think we all will always have at least one regret" he said.

"I dont think we can ever leave this life without a single regret" he added yawning.

He leaned his head into her neck,his horns clacking against hers gently.

He mumbled some nonsense as he drifted back off to sleep.
