"Yeah just cause a junkavanche" he joked going upstairs for his jacket.

He went to rykers closet and grabbed the jacket.

He felt of the green fabric.

There was a patched up tear on the sleeve.

He put it on and visibly relaxed feeling comfort in his jacket.

Eke was still enjoying his long lost coat.

He missed it. it was like a security blanket for him.

It still smelled of that cave. the cool water, the dirt.

It reminded him on the big cavern he fell into.

How the large pond glistened in the ray of light comeing from the hole in the top. How the dirt felt on his hands and between his fingers. The rough rock. He had spent a bit of time in that cavern catching his breath.

He remembered how cool and nice the air was. The smell of the dust in the air. The sound of water dripping from a stalactite somewhere in the darkness. The stillness of it all.

He wanted to go back, maybe use it as a personal meditation place.

The call startled eke out of his trance and he jumped, falling over a small end table, crashing to the floor.

"Ow..." he groaned rubbing his ribs on his right side.

He slowly got up setting the table up going downstairs.

"You called?" he asked

"The noise was you startling me and me tripping on your end table." he said.

"Im okay, probably gonna have some bruises on my legs but im alright" he added

"And as for when...we can leave soon. give me an hour with aly okay? i feel like were gonna be gone a long time" he said nodding.

He looked better in his jacket.

"Thanks for patching my jacket up" he said smiling

He looked to aly.

"I got it back!" he said clutching his jacket.

He kissed her and pulled her close.

He loved her so much. He then began to blush profusely and let go.

"Water i need water" he said

He bit his lip some taking the water.

"Thankks..." he...wasnt sure what changed but...

"L-listen i love you...you know i do. i just...i feel...i have..." he stumbled over his words.

How was he supposed to tell his fiance, who he couldnt be intimate with, that he had...well...the urge.

"Aly its okay...ill just..get over it. its just...ive never" he looked away sitting down.

He had never felt the need to be intimate.

He was so surprised by it all.

Such a hard pull to his gut.

He smiled at her.

"I just dont want to risk anything you know?" he said.

"I dont want to have a heart attack...ive had one and it wasnt fun" he said smiling kissing her again.

He kissed her and rubbed her back.

He chuckled and smiled.

"I think its just because i love you so much. when we come back...we should get married. and ill be back in time for my birthday okay?" he said kissing her cheek.

"And be sure to read the book i got you every day" he teased smiling.

"That way you wont be lonely"

He began blushing again as he tried to hide his face in her shoulder.

"Careful how close you get" he warned.

He still hugged her close putting a hand on the back of her head.

"I love you aly...so much"
