Anyone else's sleep schedule feel ruined beyond repair haha? π
On the bright side, did the dishes, a load of laundry, and knocked out a good chunk of my telly tubby project. Yay team insomniaππ»

@xvz: I seem to be cycling one week on/one week off. This was an off week. Normally with insomnia I browse instagram/reddit until I conk out lol
I'm narcoleptic, and this is the best sleep schedule I've ever had because I can just... go to bed when I start passing out during the day, or just get up when I can't sleep at night. I don't have to fight it, I don't have to worry that cataplexy will make me look like I'm on drugs... life is great now XD

It's not like I had a proper sleep schedule anyways haha

@Lilykin: Sleep what is that. I don't know anymore honestly. OHHH the fun stuff. LOL.
@Glume: Oh wow, yeah, I could see how that'd be way more convenient. My natural sleep cycle is like 2-3 am to 9-10. Unfortunately, my job is as an 8-5 :(
@ChiffonOrange: Proper sleep is corporate bs anyway lol
@Ariella74: Tru dat

@Lilykin: Heck yeah, I agree with you

@Lilykin: My "normal" schedule has been sleep from 8pm to anywhere between 1-3am, and wake up every hour 'till then. When I worked, I just had to struggle with that. Now, without the obligation of a job, I nap at 7am for one to two hours and again somewhere around noon to 2pm. If I'm super lucky I don't even have to nap, but what with being pregnant, its hard to avoid. Soon, I'll have a baby keeping me awake so I guess its a good thing I have practice :p
@lilykin: i agree since this pandemic im staying up late and sleeping longer during the day because thats how my daughters sleeping at the minute shes usually in routine n we usually do fun outside stuff together.. its like she knows somethings going on xD i dont mind tho means i get to sleep in a bit longer lol
i used to have the worst sleep schedule
but I had to correct it so my partner's didn't get messed up. So now it's actually relatively normal.
so proud :^)

Mine used to be like that.
Then one day my body woke up cause...hunger.
and I've been getting up at 9:15 am ever since.
Idk how I did it tbh.
I think determination to make more art been keeping me
on schedule lol. :vanora_sweat:

@LilMissKushy: That's great that y'all are getting to sleep longer. I think kids would naturally wake up later if allowed. I've noticed more schools are moving to later starting times
@Vlad: With the exception of one ex I've done the same for my partners
@Kitalpha Hart: It's b/c we're expected to function in a society that revolves around the 9 to 5. Even if most businesses have first, second, and third shifts
@Totalanimefan: It was nice to (finally) sleep on clean sheets and wake up to an empty sink lol. I waaaaay overslept oops

@LilMissKushy: My brother has been struggling with his schedule being messed up. He's ready to go back to his favorite restaurants lol
@Totalanimefan: It is. I wish I could vacuum in the middle of the night too. I don't think the nice old lady that lives upstairs would appreciate it XD

Sleep is easy to regulate with copious amounts of coffee and obligations in life. However Memorial day weekend throws that to the wind!
