Do you guys get sleep paralysis often?

- I can;t think of my craziest dream rn, but last night I had a dream there was a guy tryin to be an evil dictator in a giant sandcastle next to my old elementary school. Then my grandpa managed to use my grandma's head to transform into this powerful beast but I think he got berated by everyone to where he gave up and left, forgetting my grandma's head behind. Uhhhh honestly I can't remember it well but it did involve something with house-hopping and kicking people into dust
- I only had it once and I thought I was going to have a seizure until I managed to wiggle my feet and realized I was fine
Damn you got crazier dreams than me xD
When I first got them I legit thought I was possessed by the devil

- I've just always had nutcase dreams since I was little, one dream I remember for some reason really clearly was the moon was going away for some reason so the world was ending, so my family had to race to get into a spaceship with all of our belongings and haul ass to mars
- The sky would turn redder as the moon went away more and more, this was a very recurring dream

I have one on my tablet and phkne but I rarely use them... my dreams are not that interesting

I tried lucid dreaming a few times and always end up in a sleep paralysis often...
So I don't do that much anymore

- I've had one lucid dream and I ended up using it as an opportunity to just pop into existence everything I wanted like I met a youtuber I liked watching, a mansion with a beautiful garden in the front, and a million other little things
★ ★ ★ i don't lucid dream per se but i know i'm dreaming when i'm in my dreams... hmmmm
★ ★ ★ not really, i'm simultaneously in 1st person and 3rd person pov if that makes sense
Same masa I'm mostly a spectator when it comes to my dreams and often I don't do much. I'm more willing to focus on what my dream is all about and add some small changes but I never take complete control with my dreams.

- I'm usually in first person but I see from a third person perspective if that makes sense?
