I got up pretty early today - 5am was when I woke up, got up at 6am.. Caffeine doesn't last long for me, and I don't drink it past 3pm generally - it's just to keep me up till bedtime.. otherwise I nap and ruin my sleep schedule >w>;;

lol No, it's not my real name. I just like the name Kent for some reason. I picked it out a long time ago and stuck with it. He's basically my OC now. I've always liked names that start with a K too~

It's hard for me to stay awake without some coffee in the morning too.. I'm not a morning person.

I think caffeine doesn't play a huge part in my sleep disorder - there was a month where I had no caffeine in any form and it was the same basically :0
