Forums Anniversary Party 2020 Event Hangout: ~page prizes!~ RNG prizes ~ Come Chat- all welcome!
I did laundry yesterday. I need to remember to do another load tomorrow.
I have got way more confetti than I need lol XD I have like 2k and counting.
Wow... the lint and dog hair I just pulled out of the lint filter was enough for another small dog or maybe a cat!
If I had to guess, judging by the past events that I've experienced here, you probably have enough for at least one event item bundle, Sunny - but I can't really say for sure. Thanks for the answer. (I'm contemplating page prizes for p.75)

I'm not too bothered about buying extras. As long as I have enough for one full set, I'm good. In past events where I've bought extras they just rot on my mule.
Yes, that does seem to happen, doesn't it - unless you keep them for years and the site gets extremely popular, in which case they become handy for trading. I generally like to have enough to play with on however many accounts I happen to have, and maybe a couple others to use for trades or to give people later, but that's about it. I don't tend to hoard items.
*just bringing this forward - we can keep playing or not*

I'd go with mi piace molto il mio lavoro but idk the situtation/grammar etc. I am terrible with grammar.
Ok, I tried to post with more Italian in it and it's not posting? Maybe I triggered some kind of filter on Voltra with too much "not English"?
Anyway, Il mio lavoro mi piace davvero = right, apparently. It makes sense, the more I think about it, but initially it seems so very backwards to English!

"The future must know where you've been."
Insurance strikes again.
"The past predicts the state you're in!"
I was never very good at figuring out which order the words ought to go in lmao XD
Grazie. Honestly, they seem to be all over the place. Some sentences are almost a one for one literal translation, and others are just jumbled all over the place. I guess, as long as you can make your point, it's good. Or at least better than nothing. And when we were in Rome last summer, with a fraction of the Italian knowledge I have now, it came in handy - I could at least read menus, and actually asked for a few things and understood the answers (like directions to a museum)... so...
Insurance, 0v7?

Yup, I found that in Italy they were really patient with me, and they still understood even if the words were in the wrong order. I actually had really positive experiences trying to learn Italian in Italy, they were great.

I thought I was done with insurance-related things for the day... until I get a voicemail from the gender affirmation team that my insurance provides. Now I'm hot and sweaty and tired from being on the phone all day.
"The past predicts the state you're in!"
I quit Voltra. Read my profile.
*any attempt is better than nothing when you're in a foreign country with a different language, but particularly when you're in Europe and are American - although apparently our family didn't "read" like Americans...? (overall, probably a good thing).
Yes, they pretty much all spoke English, and they were very patient with us (me). I wish I had had a little more knowledge of Italian at the time to try speaking it more, but I wasn't really comfortable with it and could not remember even basic vocabulary. But what I did know, did help.
