@0v7: Yes, I don't mind paying that much for a tablet if I'm actually using it all the time, but I have spent $$$ on tablets before to just have them end up sitting off to the side somewhere collecting dust. Thanks again for the suggestions - I have yet to look at the specs for either, but I'll probably order one of them as soon as I do.
As far as artwork for you goes, I'm happy doing an avatar - it can be this one or a different one. It's entirely your choice. I am tending to do headshots/busts these days, if that helps you decide. :3

Huion is such a good brand - I've had 3, 4?? of their tablets by now. I had one Wacom tablet and it was.. $80 for something that was small. >_>

@0v7: I fell down this tablet rabbit hole and now I'm researching tablets that are compatible with my drawing program. XD My husband gifted me Corel essential painter last year, and unfortunately, my pen broke and started being wonky right after that. e.e'
