I just cleaned up the kitchen a little bit. And got the mail. My day is fulfilled - lol!

I'm not sure why my anxiety is so awful lately - I'm suspecting the med changes.. my AP is supposed to be fully effective in 2-4 weeks from now, if I've been taking it for 2 weeks..

I made a basic one since I don't expect people to commission complex stuff from me haha
@sunny: It's new, I was told the transition from Abilify (my previous one) to Lamictal XR (my current/new one) wouldn't be bad... except my pharmacy sucks and didn't notify me of a problem with my Rx for a week so I went without for a week, basically resetting how much AP is in my system. My last miracle medication was Olanzapine but it started giving me severe chest pain so I was prescribed Abilify, and then Lamictal because anxiety on Abilify was bad.
