I'm doing ok, thanks. I'm a little distracted but am making progress on the project with the deadline tomorrow, so that's good. Unfortunately, I can't seem to connect to my server right now, which is throwing a small kink in to the plan, but it should be minor. I'm sure it's something that I'm just not seeing for whatever reason. And if it's more complicated than that, hubby will fix it up for me when he gets home :3

That is good to hear. Hopefully it works out.

i have a zoom meeting with my mom in an hour
so kinda nervous for that since it's the first zoom meeting after hearing she got COVID-19.
After that i have some projects within art to get caught up in. I really want to finish my fruit girl series.

@Wildfire: I'm okay. aggravated and that annoyance that comes with being in a healing process. Especially in a sensitive area. My throat is bruised and I'll have bite mark scars. I came into the house with a hole in my neck big enough to fit the tip of a finger. :T
I feel tenderized. Before that accident, I was horsing around with my big teen niece and wore myself out.

@MoodyB: Oh good luck with the zoom meeting. I can definitely understand your concern, but she has care-providers who should be doing what they can to help her recover. I hope you get a chance to get back to your art series - it sounds like a fun one to work on! :3

@Wildfire: they've said she doesn't seem to have a lot of the Symtoms
so it could be a very mild case as she is acting like her normal self and doesn't seem to be suffering.
I'm kind of iffy on the care providers where she is as her nursing home is not a very good one :vanora_sweat:

Yeah it's pretty fun and i loved how two of them have come out.
I may try to semi paint them if i'm feeling confident enough lol.

@Purpsy: I injured one of my knees about 4 years ago.
but when cold fronts are coming in, it acts up the joints of my knees.

Ah i see. i should probably eat something.
probably just poptarts tho until lunch time lol.

@Wildfire: Not really.
The nurses tend to have such bad timing as she also has dementia.
So either they do the calls when she is too tired or in pain or when she is having trouble memory wise.
But hopefully wednesday will be better.

My mom has a similar problem too. She complained before that she gets knee pains often when the weather gets colder. Although she hasn't experienced much of it anymore I think. We just had a long walk in the freezing rain yesterday and she seemed really fine :3

I hope you take it easy for awhile then.

Knee pain - or any pains, really - sometimes people seem to get used to it, or maybe experiencing it has more to do with levels of humidity in the air than it does about the actual temperature, or it could have gone away or changed...??? Regardless, pain is not much fun.
