@Juliette: Oh I'm sorry to hear that. I have friends that I have fallen out of touch with over the years too. Reaching out is always hard because you know the waiting is next. I hope they respond to you soon. And I'm glad you made the effort to reach out to them. That shows you still care for them and I hope they recognize that.

It can be very nerve wracking. Maybe try to distract yourself on something while you wait?

I also got sick before for just being stressed out and anxious. Apparently I heard is a thing? Not sure...
I've heard you can get sick from it as well. That's why I'm think it's that. Hopefully. XD
Currently recovering from large amounts of PTSD. I'll post when I can, please ping for replies. Things are very difficult for me right now.
It's definitely a thing. Or at least being stressed lowers your immune system making it more likely for you to get sick. It has definitely happened to me.
