@Totalanimefan: oh i been there. I hope you heal soon. to get ride of the mark if you have witch hazel try that i hear it works on bruises and sunburns (i tried it on a sunburn but not a bruise)

I used to be much more of a night owl until I started working haha. I don't mind the early mornings tho. I feel like my day is longer and more productive if I get up earlier.

I slept pretty good but woke up with upper back pain.
Probably means soon I need to sit on my yoga ball this week.

Probably because i've been staying in bed.
I had vertigo for such a long time but since getting a yoga ball in October it's been helping a lot.
But i stayed in bed for a week this week because i had a lot of period cramps and vertigo.
but since it's almost gone i'll be returning to the yoga ball.
Yeah definitely. Before covid i used to go to the store with my dad which was my main source of exercise.

@MoodyB: Just got to bring the rest of my bedding up stairs and finish making my bed
@Totalanimefan: might depend on deep you bruised. pretty ok day. got some of my stuff down. I did my Japanese class, i drew an image for my blog just have to ink and draw it, just got to bring my last load up for laundry (washing my being), going to sew more... just debating on should i rewatch punisher or go back to watching good omens for the 5th or 6th time while i sew
