It's the nature of their age (my kids, not the dogs - lol)... he'd rather play video games than take care of the dog (or be patient with her so she can do what she needs to do)

@Wildfire: I'm doing good. It's been a somewhat productive morning so far. I got a dinner date with the neighbors too. Today will be good. How bout you?
It is indeed the evolving item. :3 I like this big boi. it's cute.
@Wildfire: not bad; i haven't really gotten anything done yet today so not as productive as it should be honestly
but i have a couple of other things to do that'll break my focus soon anyway so it be like that sometimes
@Vixen: Oh, I understand that! I don't feel like I got anything done today and I don't feel like doing anything today. The chilly and overcast is getting to me, I think. I've gotten used to seeing the sun! Now my boy dog is "talking" to me. He wants cuddles, I think. He's so spoiled!!

@Wildfire: It's a cute item, I tried to help unlock things by chatting in that thread, but it was a bit too fast-paced for my routine.
My neighbor just had their older teens move out. So this will be their first time having guests over without all their kids. =O I think they're eager to meet my new resident.
@Koah: Yes, that thread can definitely run quickly. It's much slower today so far than it has been. But the pace is one reason why I decided to open my own thread too. It's much easier to have real conversations here.
Ok, dog is making me crazy - I'm going to take him out, so BRB.

I agree on a comfy pace for conversation. <3 so thank you for once again having an event thread. :}
I'm dealing with teen angst currently. She woke up with sass and her teachers reminded her of her pile-up of homework. [omgod. so much homework]
I had to hijack her zoom meeting to discuss due-dates with her "Mean" teacher. lol! Give her extensions since she's in a new environment and taking on a lot.

@Wildfire: She is, and her brain is filled with wanting to make friends. gosh. I like your homeschooling method. I wish I could transfer her out of this school. but her mom paid for this private school thing and their distance learning is a mess. Oh well. We'll figure it out.
