@eyry: yes, I do usually plan my meals. I leave in a little room to do "this" Or "that", usually, or to take advantage of a good sale at the market, but yes, meal planning is key.

@eyry: I accidentally closed the tab I had the link open in ( you know when being inkognito? ) but I found out tht I actually have adobe reader on my laptop which helped me
