so what happened was once i got to the new location, the price changed a little on me and i didn't catch it. Before i had transfered 37 to my husband's cashapp (because i did mobile order and his card is saved to my McD's account) cause i thought the total was going to be 36 and change. So the new price was 37.71, and Tyi's balance before i sent any money was 0, so the 71 cents made the payment decline. No biggie, i sent more money and asked if they could try the payment again, but they couldn't because it timed out. So they canceled the order, i canceled it on my end, but my rewards item went through? so they gave me my Caramel Frappe, and i resubmitted the order (with another frappe with points cause i had a LOT) and went through the drive thru again. Second time's the charm, but they had issues? tyi messaged me and said it went through, the guy said it had issues but he thought it was on their end, so he said he pushed it through, i told him tyi said the payment went through. So awesome! i go to the next window, get my food, i have to ask again about the Frappe and show them that it registered my points as used twice because they thought it was the same order. They were out of Caramel and asked if mocha was ok (of course, Tyi's not picky lol), then they handed it to me and i leave. As i'm about to leave the parkinglot Tyi messages me and says the payment got canceled? So... Free food?
