@wildfire: yeah definitely me too. All I care about in jewelry is that it's the .925 silver so it doesn't turn my fingers or neck green from the oxidation. I also dislike gold, so...

@sunny: thank you, but I knew there was a chance of it happening. But (at least around here), it can be hard to tell what's going on "up the road" - many times the rain is extremely localized and might be raining at the house, for example, but not at the top of the street...

@Wildfire: yeah, I hope so too. It might be a while before I do the mural, so I have time to realllllly plan it out or decide to scrap it. Right now I'm just glad I got the whole room painted the one color. My mother in law had dark grey, so that's what I used. I think next week I'm buying a door for that room (since we took the door from that room and put it on our room) so my hubby can finally move his computer in there.
I'm exhausted from painting though. And I've been up since like midnight last night. So it's been a long day. I think I might go to bed early tonight.

@Alorrena: That definitely sounds like a long day... but a productive one - congrats on getting so much done!
Yes, that mural project will require a good amount of planning, but that's the hardest part. Once you get that done, the rest should go pretty quickly and pretty smoothly! :3

@Wildfire: so i fell asleep around like 6, and i woke yup around 12:30. my wrist and hand is so sore!

DnD was cancelled today because the new guy is out of town, our bard said he's old and tired and needed to catch up on sleep, our druid barbarian was on vacation and today was the last day so he decided to stay home and spend time with his girl, so that just left me, my hubby, and the monk, so we decided that it would be best if half the party wasn't missing when we continued. Worked for me because i got to sleep.

@Wildfire: awe dang! my girlfriend was telling me about how her puppy doesn't like thunder either, so i get that. But also, i don't like thunder. :/
I'm okay, just sore. My right hand hurts from painting yesterday, my upper back is really sore but i don't know why, my feet hurt cause my room is hot, and I have lady pains to top it all off. I did take a cool bath not too long ago though, so that was nice and relaxing, and my shower after was neither hot nor cold, so i was able to keep the cooled off temperature i had once i came back to the room.

@Alorrena: thunder can be a bit shocking if it's big, bold, and unexpected - which it was, here, last night. I can understand why dogs (and some people) don't like it.
