@Wildfire: Sick as all hell but the home test claims it isn't covid so I have that in my corner. Nasty cough though. Won't be spending Christmas with my family this year, it seems. I was gonna cook a roast for us on Christmas--roommate is ill too, with something else--but she's on a restricted diet at the moment so wouldn't be able to eat it. So I have no idea what to do.

The winter storm is in full swing for my area, and we just realized how leaky our window is. The wind isn't gusting through, but we're getting some cold breeze through, not just the cold coming off the glass.

Took a big garbage bag and tapes it up behind the blanket.
I *think* it's working. When I put my hand next to the blanket now, I feel some cool air coming through, but not cold breeze.

I’m prepping some cinnamon rolls now and they might be ready tonight. It’s a bit early but at least I’ll enjoy some pastries for the holiday weekend.
