You need to move closer to the equator then. Never snows there. But its extreeeemely humid.
Haha you don't need an island, besides, you are gonna need electricity and phone lines. Just a normal house is actually not as expensive as you might think depending on where you buy it.
Why do you want dragons? I imagine maintaining them is abit of a pain, no vet will probably want to go near them. They also probably need tons of sheep all day everyday.

Well my plans for today are getting pushed to tomorrow.
I have to go to the hospital again on Monday and I just saw that there is a mall nearby with 2 chocolate shops.
