@Angelus: Yeah. We got into a very big fight over that. Which is a stupid thing to get into a massive fight over, but she did shit like that all the time. I mean, I wasn't perfect either. We just grew apart in our writing styles. Her's stayed very immature and very obviously inspired by anime. Mine morphed into something along the veins of high fantasy novels.
Freaking nope. Also I really can't stand people just using real people. It's one thing to mention them, and have them as like a plot point. But using them as your own personal character? That's just gross.

@Another Movie Addict: Using real live people as one's RP character---yeah weird not to mention unoriginal even if you do recreate them.
My writing isn't perfect either, Googling subjects isn't always gonna be super reliable but at least I ensure I get the idea right.

@Lithinel: That happens to me as well, especially online as in writing it's difficult to express tone.
@Angelus: I wasn't even asking for everything to be exactly right, like zero mistakes, 100% realism to the people and eras involved. Just wanted her to stop inserting whatever the most popular new phone was in timelines that don't have phones.

@Ina: Lmao, it's funny because my ex is the only friend I still have from back then. We've known each other for almost 15 years now, and we're pretty good friends. But I knew my friendship with that girl wasn't going to survive college/adulthood. We were already very different people, but that gap just got bigger and bigger.

I'm quite fortunate.
I met my best friend in the 6th grade and we're still besties even while she's living in another state.
