So. Solia has pulled some more scammy sketchy shit.
So apparently, they've started relisting items people already owned with different colours and different names. And when contacted about us getting our items we already owned back this was support's response:

This item transfer is being done simply as a thank you to the people that supported us when times were really tough. Some items that may have existed previously will be redone for many reasons mostly though because the item is too incompatible with the new system without being remade.

Being remade doesn't matter, all items have been remade in some way. Some only needed slight updates or edits to be compatible with the new system. Others, usually ones where the files for it have gone missing or are corrupted have to be remade entirely. No matter the extent of the work which needs to be done to it, the items time frame is what matters."

So basically they really are just holding people's shit hostage and have to be bought again.
As expected.... they never wanted to give them back. They just wanted more money.
It's just weird that they more or less outright and said it. 'Yeah fuck it, we're not bothering anymore'.
Doesn't seem like anyone will, that's a lot of money just to put them in their place.
It would be really satisfying for them to crash and burn, and this tells me that they're probably still drowning in debt.
'Simply as a thank you', that is total bullshit.
