How long has he been doing it?
For a couple of days now. First he was biting on one of his paws and then he starteds with his tale.
Sometimes animals do that when something is wrong. Like he can't feel it or something like that.
My mom always thinks it's because his hair is getting to thick and it's annoying him. He will get lot's of hair removed this week. I doubth his hair is the case.
If that doesn't help, he may need a vet visit.
