I'm going to change internet and tv company and I got a letter of the old one, to go through things so everything will run smoothly.
The woman I talked to was so stupid, it took her 5 bloody minutes to match my name to my postal code. She then wanted to send a mechanic to fix things in my house. It isn't broken here, but with them. Everyone in the neighbourhood is complaining about it (and their customer service line is a paid number and you need to wait at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone). She also wanted to sell me different internet for the same price. I have 200 mbps and she offered 40 mbps.
My uncle would fall for all of that.
I hate people like that.
I remember about 3 years back I changed mobile phone companies. The person I was talking to tried to persuade me to stay. But I was prepared. He was like "we can offer you the same for x euro's". I'm like "That 2 euro's more expensive then where I'm switching to". He's like "Our price is with BTW". Me "Theirs is also with BTW". And yeh then he was done.

Telfort's offer is 25€ for the first 6 months and 37,50€ after that. Ziggo is 54€ per month.
Ziggo's signal here keeps messing up and, when you call them, it half an hour waiting at least. I had problems with mobile internet of telfort one time. It was all fixed and done in 10 minutes and they gave me extra mb because of the trouble I had.
We have ziggo as well and never really had any problems. I think it depends on where you live.

The problems started about a year ago. Everyone in the neighbourhood has the same problems and they don't do ait thing about it.

Well that's always good. My dad has vodafone so he get's free extra's with ziggo.
Comcast is really the only choice we have around here.
