"I..." Levi stammered.
"I think... it went something like this." he went on, before pausing and taking a deep breath, composing himself.
"... Sl'kafa..." he said.
"...what...?" the demon muttered.
"...heydi... f'tijla..." Levi went on.
"NO!" the demon exclaimed. "DON'T LET HIM FINISH-" he went on, his voice panicked.
"Kysri... sindys." Levi finished.
"SHIT!" the demon yelled, before Levi's eyes glazed over, and his pupils became clouded.

Ally hadn't been able to react between what Levi had been saying, along with her shadow. As she watched the change with Levi though, she froze.
"Ohhhh that can't be good." She said.
"What's going on?" She then demanded from her shadow, since he seemed to know. He wouldn't have had such a reaction otherwise, she was sure.

"The gates have been opened!" the demon exclaimed.
"KID, LOOK OUT!" he then yelled.
However, by that point, Levi had already lunged forward, knocking Ally to the ground. He was doing his best to pin her, and placed his thumbs on her neck. He was going to choke her.
As she looked up at him, she saw that his eyes were still clouded over, but his pupils were quivering and shaking from behind the cloudiness. Also, it almost seemed as though dark currents of mana were spreading out underneath his skin, originating from the eyes.

Ally's head collided with the floor rather solidly. It was possible that there would be problems later, but for the moment, she had too much adrenaline running through her to let a bump on the noggin' get her down.
"Levi!" She xclaimed after managing to force his hands off of her throat, at least enough to give her a chance to breathe.
"The fuck!?" She asked as she tried to fight him off her. It was something that she was definitely finding more difficult than expected... Levi wasn't all that big and strong. He was far from weak, but she was stronger than he was.
"Get. The fuck. AWAY from me!" She half screamed as the quartz she wore around her neck started to glow slightly. She was fighting him off, and while it was harder than it normally would have been, it didn't take long before she was able to get him off of her and get to her feet. She scrambled to the other side of the room as the quartz continued to glow - completely unbeknownst to her.
I gotta get out of here... She thought as she looked around, mere moments before he lunged for her again. This time, she hit the door with enough force to break it. As they fell through, she vanished in what seemed like static, causing Levi to hit the ground alone.
-
Ally hit the floor, or what she thought was the floor, hard. She didn't move for a few seconds, before she scrambled too her feet and looked around. She had no idea where she was, and was totally confused.
She had no idea where she was. She had no idea where she could be. She had no idea how she got there.
She was outside, and feel rather unsteady at that.
She staggered back and sat on the ground, her head spinning. She didn't have the energy to go try and figure out where she was, and instead? For the moment, since she was alone and the area seemed dead around her, she was starting to wonder if Levi had managed to knock her out.

After a few more moments of silence, her demon spoke.
"Woah." he said.
"I didn't know you could do THAT." he commented, looking around.
"Hm." he muttered.
"Now we just need to figure out where the hell you took us." he said further.
"Hey, head left." he then said, looking at a building off to her side.

Ally was silent, not seeming to even realise that her shadow had spoken. After a bit more nudging and prompting, she managed to get to her feet - granted her shadow needed to almost 'meld' with her to keep her on her feet. The abuse earlier, while it was concentrated, had packed a punch. She wasn't the steadiest, but with her shadows help, she managed to make her way to the door that he directed her to, and in.
Of course, once in she was alone. Her shadow had been shoved back by a barrier at the door, and almost instantly she stumbled back to a chair she was near. Seemed she wasn't completely dead to the world, at least, just... seemed less perceptive. Then again, look at what had happened. She didn't know if anyone was there, but found herself grateful to be inside. It had been cold out there, and even if she hadn't been completely aware of it at the time, she was realising the temperature difference now.

I miss you more than you can ever know.
After a moment, she heard a male voice clearing their throat.
"Excuse me." he said.
"Can I help you?" he asked.
She then realized that she was in the landing area of an office building. A security check, more precisely. And it looked vaguely familiar to her as well.
"I'm afraid this isn't a shelter." the guard told her.
"Are you all right? Do you need me to call an ambulance or something?" he asked further.

"I..." Ally started before shaking her head lightly.
".... shouldn't have done that." She muttered before freezing as it seemed the pieces fell into place.
"I'm looking for Kiah Fyrane." She told him.
"Just... a but unsteady, or I'd make my way over, osrry." She added. It was the truth.
"But... but yeah.... I ... I'm looking for Kiah Fyrane. It's important, imperative, and has to do with someone named Levi. She'll know who. Or whomever is in charge here, I don't care, just...." Sh trailed off, rambling a bit.
She had no idea who this was, and didn't know what to say.

".........." the man was silent for a moment.
"And your name?" he asked.
"Allyssa Duchannes." Ally responded.
The guard then pressed a button on the comm system, and waited for a response.
"Miss Fyrane, there is an Allyssa Duchannes here to see you." he said. "Can you come and verify this is her?" he asked.

There was silence on the other side before there was an agreemnet.
"I'll be there in five." She said, giving te time to get through the building. Sure enough, five minutes later, she stepped into the entrance area.
"Ally?" She asked as she saw her.
"Holy shit you look rough, when's the last time you slept?" She then asked. Ally looked over and let out a breath of relief.
"Kiah... we need to talk... about Levi." Ally said as she tried to get to her feet, but had to hold the wall she was by to stay on her feet. Kiah just looked to the guard and nodded.
"This is who she claims to be. I'll take charge of her presence here." She told him honestly.

The guard nodded.
"Very well." he responded.
He then pressed the button, unlocking and opening the door. When he did that, Ally's demon helped her make her way into the building, where Kiah was.
"Geez, this is a right mess." he said.
"Hey!" he said to Ally.
"Ask the firebrand where Azazel and that archangel are."

"Yo, are Azazel and Zeke around?" she asked, knowing both names because she had met them both while there... and both left a mark.
"My shadow's asking." She added after a few seconds. Kiah paused.
"I'm not sure where Zeke is, but Az is in the rec room. Do you need to talk to him?" Kiah answered.
"I think so... my shadow wants to talk to them, I think, so ... I guess... yes?" Was Ally's answer. Kiah nodded, and after the pair of them reached the Fyrane's office and sat down, Kiah sent a text to Azazel.
Yo, come to my office will ya? Someone... something? I'm not sure how to address this, wants to talk to you. She sent simply before sighing.
"All right, can you tell me what happened?" She asked Ally. Ally was silent for a moment before shaking her head.
"I'd... I'd rather not repeat it... if Azazel is on his way, I'll wait til he's here."

After a few minutes, Azazel made his way to the open door to Kiah's office, and poked his head in.
"Yes?" he addressed those that were there.
"Yo! You! Sit!" Ally's demon told Azazel.
"..." Azazel was silent, before making his way to a chair and sitting down in it.
"You need to hear this." the demon said. "We're in a world of shit right now, and you need to hear about what just happened." he told him further.
"....right, well, here I am." was all Azazel could respond with.

Ally, who was still not looking the best, then quickly recanted what it was that had happened. She didn't leave out any details, and after her shadow assured her that she wouldn't fall victim as Levi had (due to not being a conduit) she repeated what he'd said.
"He just... lsot it after that. I don't even know how I got here." She finished with, her voicce quiet.

Azazel looked absolutely horrified now.
"....no..." he said.
"Oh no... no, please..." he muttered.
"It's happening." the demon responded.
"So we need to get everyone's asses in gear. NOW." he told him.
"Y-yeah." Azazel agreed, looking far more frightened than Kiah had ever seen him before.

"Look, chill." She said.
"How about an explanation?" She then asked. "Because honestly, nothing can be done without that."

Azazel just shook his head a little.
"Right." he said.
"There exist in this universe, Gods." he told them. "And I don't mean God and the Devil, or any being that any religion is tied to." he went on.
"I'm talking about beings that are older than any of us really have any sort of mental capacity to understand the number, with how high it is. They are beyond concept." he said.
"As far as anyone can tell, they have always existed. Even since before creation itself." he continued.
"They are powerful. More powerful than any of us could ever comprehend. And they are NOT friendly. They are malevolent." he then said further.
"They are known as simple, The Ancient Ones. And... sometimes... a conduit has strong enough mana that... that they can form a bridge to them." he then added.

"So... that's why he attacked me." Ally commented, her hand resting lightly on the blossoming bruise that was formiung from the pressure Levi had applied.

"Depends on how deep they burrow and how solidly they root themselves in him." he told her.
"Meaning we need to act fast, and see if we can't drive them out." he said further.
"I need to report to Miss Raziel with this information." he continued.

Ally paused, he just address the same person twice? She wasn't going to question it though, it wasn't the time to after all.
"I have no idea where Zeke is. So I'll just get ahold of his dad directly." Kiah then said after a moment.
"because that'll probably be easier than finding him." She added with a light laugh.
"Anyway, you clear out and talk to Liz. I'm going to get ahold of who I need." She then said with a nod as she dug her phone out of her the drawer she'd tossed it into .
After Azazel had left, she called the one person she knew that could get ahold of either of the angels.
"Aimee, either your kid or your man needs to come to my office at the unit. Five minutes ago." Kiah said. It was a truncated message, and after a bit more information, Aimee assured JKiah that she would get one or the other there within three minutes.
