It was early morning when eke woke. He still felt the warmth of ryker's body.

He moved away and changed his clothes and brushed his hair.

He was careful as he walked outside to watch the sun rise.

That was when he heard it. The call, that song in ancient draconic. He clamped his eyes shut trying to ignore it.

It sounded far off. It was a little easier to resist. Still, it was like a gnawing pull. He looked around for a river or a stream.

Well he didnt find any bodies of water, but he did find a grove. There was an area where there was mushrooms. He studied them to make sure they werent poisonous. Better than nothing he though and sniffed it. He didnt care for earthy tasting food but, he didnt want to wake ryker.

Eke waved. "Over here!" he called.

He heard the call again. Stronger. He tried to ignored it.

"I found mushrooms!" he said.

He looked to the sky, frowning. His head was beginning to hurt and he rubbed his forehead.

"H-huh? oh i..im fine just a little headache yeah" he nodded.

"They dont smell poisonous either" he tossed rykerr some

"I would have fished but no river" he smiled and got up.

He walked back and stretched.

"We should move on" he said suddenly

"No...i think we should we should just...go" he leaned against a tree eating a mushroom.

He didnt look...nervous but he looked wary.

"We can get another tent right?" he looked around.

He then looked to the sky and rubbed his head.

Eke then pulled out of his bag a golden dragon horn.

"We could sell this" he said.

He was now shifting from foot to foot.

He was just now looking nervous.

"Lets just go" his ears were beginning to ring with the song.

He was practically jogging.

The song was louder and his headache from resisting was getting worse.

He clutched his bag to him.

He was muttering to himself. After about an hour, he just stopped.

He was holding his head and was in visible pain.

He relaxed finally.

"Im okay..." he sounded...off. He sounded far more than tired or exhausted, it was like he wasnt really there.

Thats the it began to snow and a massive white dragon landed.

Its ice blue eyes narrowed as eke looked at it. Before anything happened, the dragon shrank. It became a woman. A very attractive one with blue hair.

This woman also wore...revealing clothes. She did not speaking english, but instead focused on Eke, he had pulled away from Ryker. Eke listened to the draconic words, responding in kind.

He acted like a drone, brainwashed.

The woman laughed and crossed her arms under her...large bosoms.

"I was told id be paid quite well if i bring the boy home" her voice was melodic, sultry with the tiniest hint of condecending attitude.

"Besides, sooner or later, he wont be able to resist the song" she gave a smirk of her dark burgundy lips.

This..lapse in the "song" was just enough time for eke to sort of gain back his control, as he was now fighting it.

The women tried to start up her song again but hearing his mother had hired her to bring him home made this gentle boy snap.

A deep growl came from his throat as it began to glow with fire, his nails becoming claws. The only way he'd break free completely while she stood there was to do something he really shouldnt.

This caused a panic in the woman as she returned to her dragon form, and was met in kind with eke's own dragon form. Not quite as big, but his slick black scales shone in the light as his throat seethed with fire.

Eke let out a massive roar, fire spewing from his mouth. The elder dragon gave a look like this wasnt worth the money she was promised.

She backed up as ekes very deadly tail swung towards her. She gave a growl and flew off.

Eke stood there in his dragon form before he shrunk back to normal.

He felt incredibly weak and his chest hurt. His heart hurt. He clutched at his shirt wincing.

He turned to Ryker, tears of pain in his eyes.

He collapsed to his knees next to ryker, wanting to say...anything but it was like his voice had fled him. It felt as if every beat of his heart, a knife was being stabbed into it.

His breathing became panicked and wheezing, as he reached for Ryker. He began to cry as only squeaks came out.

He wanted to say his heart hurt. He wanted to say he felt weak and faint. But all he could do was cry. He began coughing from his chest. They sounded harsh and painful.

He looked at ryker with such agony in his eyes.
