He looked at Ryker. He didnt deserve this.

Still he began eating quickly on the second fish his tail swishing gently.

'I should practice transformation more" he suddenly said.

He looked over but rolled his eyes. He walked o the river and spent the next 3 hours practicing transforming different parts of himself.

He wasnt doing too much better than the first time and he looked exhausted.

The whole year was quiet. The only issues was ekes accelarated puberty.

He oftne argued with ryker. At some point his voice bounced back and forth between dropping and being squeaky. Usually when he was angry and yelling, itd crack and squeak.

He was incredibly self consious about it. On his 15th birthday, he had gotten taller, just a few inches shorter than ryker now. It made him looked very thin.

His attitude had mellowed out some and continued to mellow as his 16th birthday drew near.

He was sitting by the cabin window. They had found one as it began to rain.He still had trouble thinking his birthday was a good thing, so the teen was in a rather sour mood.

"Yay" he muttered.

It wasnt he was mad at ryker, just that he knew that his birthday was a few hours away.

He sighed and went back to sulking staring, well, glaring at the rain.

His tail flicked like an annoyed cat.

The teen raised an eyebrow.

Eke was of average height for his age. His voice was now deeper. His hair was longer, scruffier. He kept his green coat on unless he was hot.

"What...are you doing?"

"O...kay then" he sighed

It was time for him to go home.

"You forgot last year. Too busy fighting bears" he chuckled.

"We...should talk brother" eke had started calling Ryker brother or bro in the last year.

"Its important" he sat at the small table.

"Its time to get those answers" he looked at ryker.

"That means going home" he looked down.

"I..i dont know how well get you in..."

"Your right. The dragon homeland is sacred" he sighed.

"I dont know how well get you in." he looked up.

"But i need to get to the hall of records"

"Uh...you know that mysterious country way to the north just outside the jungle regions?" he pulled out a map they had and pointed to the top of the map.

He used his other hand to point to where they were which was far to the south ALMOST to the southern desert country.

"We're here and this is the dragon homeland of Argereive" he sighed. They had moved very far from where he came from.

"We can disguise you or..something bro. Well figure out something"
