my therapist always made me say nice things to myself in the mirror every day n even tho i thot it was kind of dumb it rlly started to help how i saw myself
even just saying 3 nice things about myself once a day made a difference

But I just can't do it.
If I try I just end up crying and telling myself how stupid I am. =/

and hey, mayb that style doesn't work for u but there are other ways as well !!! like doin ur makeup just 4 urself and dressin up the way u wanna

But then if I go in public sometimes I feel uncomfortable.

i look like a goblin half the time at work but sometimes when im home im like u kno what today imma straighten my hair n do my makeup hella
