Sims 2 is the best.
I think they were premades. I don't remember much other than a solar light for indoors and the plant sim who was hated by the farmer for being different.
Here's a thing I've been working on.

Sometimes I make a pattern version of a piece of clothing and then I end up using 60 patterns XD
I saved like 100 patterns off google to use. XD
I guess I have like 10 years of designs ahead of me

@Lina: All patterns I use come from freepik and colourlovers. Nothing is wrong with using a pattern from google.
On the other hand people also happily pay for sims content that is stolen from second life etc.
