Vic was silent when she heard everything, not able to speak. She hadn't seen her brother for far too long, adn the emotions she felt from it, from the loss, were coming forth and it was definitely getting in the way.

"J..." She started, having a hard time getting everything together for the moment. She kenw that when she finally did speak, he'd hear the emotion in her voice, but that wasn't a concern.

"..J..Joe..." She said quietly, barely audibly, but it was there. As was the pain.

It made its way out of her mouth before she could properly stop it, as well.

". . . Ah... r-r-right.." She started, shaking her head.

"Ashley, I need some help from you." She then said, seeming to mostly get herself together for the moment, at least.

Vic sighed lightly before giving him her room information.

"Bring some means of mana limitation." She told him honestly.

"I am coming to you because of the quality ones you have. I will explain once you arrive."

Vic cringed.

"Ugh. No one has seriously called me that in far too long to recount." she muttered das she made her way over to the door and opened it, stepping aside, so that Ash could make his way in. She was sure that being a Fyrane he could pick up on her mana, but she wasn't sure how he'd take it.

All she could do for the moment, is just step aside and let him in. She'd answer questions he may have after.

Once he was, she closed the door, locking it as she knew he could mana out of there.

"Thank you." She said simply.

"I know." Vic stated before making her way over to the box and opening it. She didn't hesitate before retrieving the silver braided bands from within, and putting them onto her wrists.

Almost instantly, there was a difference. The mana was most certainly still there, but it wasn't so ready to take the world, and have the rune probably slip out unexpectedly as well.

"Thank you, so much, Joe." She said before pausing.

". . . Ash." She corrected.

"Because that's what I know you as." Vic answered honestly before sitting on the bed.

"I keep forgetting that at this point in your life, you hadn't swapped to a more 'blend in' styled moniker." She added.

"Look. I'm .... I mean , I am Vicki, but I'm also very much not."

"I am not the vicki that noramlly posesses this body." Vic answered.

"I go by Vic and I am here merely to speak to our brother." She then continued.

"I cannot give too much information, lest the timestream is compeltely screwed over." She added, knowing that would give him plenty of information that she couldn't rightly tell him.

Vic nodded.

"I am." She answered.

"And I am here to change your future, my past." She added after a few seconds.

"... Eddie is part of it."

Vic paused.

"Ah, right. You would know him as Lindsay still." She commented.

"From the time I know him, he goes by Edward, because Lindsay is considered too weird, and if he went by that he'd be dead, I'm sure." She added before pausing, again.

"then again, man's in hiding because of what he's done anyhow."

"It really is." Vic agreed with a nod.

"Ah, right. If you hear that Alice is on her way out here... stop her." She then said, her voice serious.

"I have her mana. I have Aunt Hollie's mana as well." She continued.

"Reality will not play nicely if either of them are within 100 feet of me, or so."

Vic just looked to her brother for a moment.

"Ah, right. I suppose that it would not have been very well known...." She muttered.

"I am the one who takes Aunt Hollie's position. I have the mana from the ring and staff." She told him honestly.
