    I say Claude Frollo, both the broadway musical, and the film. He's better as a character and villain in the stageplay but the music is better in the film

    I mean that film definitely scared me when I was little so I guess you bring up a fair point
    Also I just completely forgot disney made that one since its vibe is so different to other disney movies and is stop motion
