- Maleficent feels underdeveloped imo she's just "wow rude you didn't invite me to your daughter's birth that ain't cool anyway she'll die before she can actually serve a medieval woman's purpose lol see ya"
- I do like that extra layer that Ursula's based on a drag queen adds though I have more appreciation for her
it's kinda like wicked, it gives the main villain her own story. a reason for why she did what she did.

- I think the live action ones are just kinda meh I was basing it on the animation cause that's what it sounded like y'all were talking about
But I love Malificent's mysterious dark background. Like you can see the fear on people's eyes when she shows up out of nowhere that eans she's not one you want to mess with, and also the fact she transform into a dragon in the end is awesome. Too bad she did die though.
And I only watch the second one and not the first.

I only watched Sleeping Beauty a few times as a kid, but I do remember Maleficent being scary
- I love when an antagonist can just walk on screen and you see the most concentrated terror in everyone's eyes

Another Disney villain I liked was Yzma. I also just loved The Emperor's New Groove in general though
