Some aspects of these (& other) things are good; some are not so good. We should be able to make our own decisions about those things which we can directly control and about which affect us directly, and we should be able to communicate our perspective to others, but endlessly ranting about things that you have basically decided aren't your concern is rather pointless...

@Another Movie Addict: Weird thing to be racist about if you ask me - my only issue is TikTok's privacy practices - if there's data they can collect about you, they will collect it. Sure, it's "anonymized", but if you put together enough data about a particular device you can figure out where the data came from. Granted, I'm not sure what the moderation practices are on there, otherwise, I'd bring that up too. I have no interest in finding out, 'cause I hate apps that spy on me >w>;

This is exactly@0v7: I'm not really a TikTok fan either, and mostly because a lot of the community is so very toxic. Plus I don't like vlogs, let alone short clips of people being people. Prefer actual like story and stuff. They also have a problem with deleting disabled looking people's posts to 'protect' them from bullying. BUT, I will not ruin the fun for the people in our group that likes it. One of our fursuit makers has been getting a pretty decent buzz around her videos, which could really help her get more commissions.

This is exactlyWe've already had a massive drama shit show because the Admin doesn't have a backbone. I used to be a mod for them actually, until I followed the rules and got onto a user. Well apparently getting onto someone for breaking the rules is an abuse of power and everyone hates me. She actually said this to me. That everyone hated me. So I stepped down so that I had the power in that situation, instead of it coming out I was fired.
