@Wildfire: Chatting sounds good!! I'm doing good on event items + confetti, I'm aiming to get 3 of each item so I can have 2 for myself and one for giving to other people :0 My favorite item so far is Vichard's Mich - what a cute lil bot :3!!

This is exactlyThis guy was home-schooled by hardcore Christians, and like barely knows stuff because of it. We had to explain to him who Rosa Parks was. So it was fun watching him see a man in drag for the first time.

@0v7: I don't know that I have a favorite event item so far. I do like most of them. Ultimately we'll see which one(s) I end up using the most!

Hey - you guys have a favorite graphics software to use? Preferably free or "cheap" and please don't say Gimp - I don't like Gimp.

@Wildfire: I use Krita mostly!! It's pretty good - close to Photoshop, but not quite.

@0v7: Krita -good to know. I'll check it out. Can you zoom in enough to pixel? vectors?

@Wildfire: Pixels yes!! Krita has actual brushes designed for pixels, including a dithering brush (that I haven't actually used yet...)
Vectors... not so much for now I'm afraid. For vectors, I've used Inkscape with minimal problems.

Yeah, I am a supervisor, so we are part of management for our store.
Oh that's really good to know about Krita - I don't need the vector graphics so much (but it would be nice to have). Pixeling however, is essential.

@Wildfire: I like Gnu IMP as a concept - free, open source software is good to have around nowadays. Krita though? Is much better in my opinion.
