I have some cleaning up to do around the house in order to get the tree up. If it doesn't happen this weekend, I'm not sure it will happen (or if it does, it will be worth it. For all the complaining about christmas carols, it is nice to have a tree up for a little while, IMO. Not two months' worth, but long enough to enjoy it and to make the work of decorating it seem worth it. And it's pretty. :3 )

LOL - there's that. :3 It's better to do it now than later so you can pick up or otherwise prepare anything you think you might need. Check the weather too for some idea of what it's supposed to be like in this area next weekend (I have no idea what the forecast is right now)
