Idk, just a weird weird. Food isn't tasting right and I have been feeling quite jittery. I probably just need to wait it out.

Well my nano started out as a dnd adevnture that i was going to mix modern fantasy with pokemon and have it be the story of a particular party on an adventure. but it is turning into the back story of one character from the party and his parents. Where they came from and a brief story of the adventures that they've been on to get to the point at which the party for the original story meets and I've scrapped the pokemon angle entirely because i have such a horrible time writing fanfiction.

even though i COULD do pokemon. I just can't. T.T

i do not have a meal planned. but we tend to have the same thing every year.

moody using references is like an industry norm, it's totally encouraged and ppl i know who work in industry are like yeah we never draw anything w/o reference - so don't feel like it's bad thing or anything, its a v good thing to have incorporated in ur workflow!! :3
i know i used to feel like i was "cheating" or smthg whenever i used reference but it's actually super encouraged

shadami haha i think it makes sense to cut out the pokemon angle , that's a lot to fit into one story anyway! what do yall usually have every year? :3

@sunny: Yes, vitamin B makes you less sleepy. A lot of people these days are at least a little deficient in it, but it's a quick, natural "cheat" on those days when you're tired like I have been today. It's worth trying, IMO. But ultimately, if you're regularly fatigued, it's best to get things tested... other vitamin and nutrient levels (like iron and D), thyroid, etc.

i know everyone is different but when i'm weird / tired / grumpy moods i take a magnesium supplement and it usually helps @@ i think there's a deficiency that runs in my family maybe??

i hope u can feel more grounded or comfortable / less weird soon sunny :0

mashed potatoes, turkey, ham, green bean casserole, olives, cranberry sauce, stuffing.

depending on family members in attendance, pumpkin pie, apple pie, bumpkin bread with and without chocolate chips, banana bread, zucchini bread. fresh rolls, bacon brocolli salad, pasta salad, chocolate pudding pie, ice cream. Salad salad

i feel like I'm missing something...
(my parents both come from families of 8, I'm from 5, and hubby is from 3 JUST counting the kids and not the parents or cousins)

@sunny: And yes, I'm feeling just a little out of it the last couple of days too - my ears are congested and just the barest hint of a sore throat, and today I'm just really tired for some reason. I'm sorry that you're not feeling great. Hopefully it's something that will resolve itself quickly and quietly :3

yeah i know everyone is different though .... i do take a multivitamin (when i remember to lol) and hope it can cover the bases :0

@xvz: yes, magnesium is good for those kinds of moods. It helps relieve stress! It's another vitamin/mineral a lot of people aren't getting enough of these days.

@sunny: get some bloodwork done if you can first. Just like levels that are too low aren't good, levels that are too high aren't good either (especially with certain things and iron is one of them)

@xvz: I'm not bothered by using reference as it's how people learn.
Not just in the industry either.
I was just stating i don't yet have the muscle memory of anatomy so i have to depend on references
24/7 lol.
