"Yeah, might be a good idea. You could have died, and I can't believe she did that." She said after a moment before pausing.

"Also, back in a second. Mind if I just use mana?" She asked, her voice curious.

"Go ahead." he told her.

"And feel free to use mana to get back in here." he said further.

"I'll still be here." he added with a light chuckle.

He then turned and looked back at the kettle that the water was boiling in.

"Hm." he mumbled.

"Yeah, I'll be in the den until the kettle whistles." he told her.

"Good to know. Don't pick your tea yet." She said with a light chuckle.

"I'm going to be bringing some back for you." She told him. After he'd agreed, she vanished in a burst of flames, only to reappear about ten minutes later.

"I'm back, with some Tea for you." She said before approaching him and setting the box in his hadns.

"It's a Fresh Blend that goes by Mellow Meadow. It's something that Hazel used to drink all the time to help with her mana sight." She told him.

"It should help you."

Nate held the box in his hands, before nodding.

"All right, I'll go make some up right now." he told her.

As he walked to do so, he spoke again.

"How sweet is is naturally?" he asked.

"I just want to know how much honey I should add." he told her. "And for reference, I usually put 2 teaspoons of honey in my average tea." he informed her further.

"So yeah, how sweet would you say it is, in relation to orange pekoe?"

"But, taste it to find out before definitely deciding." She added. "But it is a rather sweet blend."

"Do you want me to hang around?" She asked witha soft smile. "Or would you prefer to be left alone for the moment?" He could tell that she was just curious, willing to do whatever it was that he wanted in that regard without question.

"And by that, I mean if you feel you have the time to spare, then hang around." he told her.

"I have some time off to acclimate to this, and I won't say 'no' to having company." he went on.

"However, don't feel you have to stay on MY account." he stressed.

"For all I know, you have things you need to get done."

"Ilias, in his panic and concern for me, made sure that there is nothing for me to do for the moment." She said simply.

"I know everything, or at least most? of what K knew about what you agreed to." She continued. "If you had any questions, now really is a good time to ask 'em." She added as she took a seat.

"Because I have no issues with hanging around."

"Come on, then." he said.

"I have some donuts that I got earlier." he told her.

"They'll go stale in short time, let's devour them." he chuckled.

With that, the two of them made their way to the den, drinks and pastries in hand, to discuss their futures...

...among other things.
