Hubby and I went out to breakfast, came back to the house to collect the dogs and then did a tour of a few of the local parks... letting the dogs explore and looking at and for kayak put-in spots, and generally enjoying the pretty day. Now everyone's tired XD

I'm doing pretty good today so far, thanks. At the moment I'm a little on the tired side because of all the walking around and exploring with the dogs that we just got back from, and part of me is thinking about heading outside on the lanai to watch the birds and read...

@Wildfire: yeah yesterday was not fun so taking it easy for a few days.
so im not working on any art and only playing games lol.
tho it's killing me and i really want to make art LOL but i need to recover and take it a bit easy.
dog-walking is pretty exhausting at times.
kind of wish i had a puppy to take for walks but alas i cannot have pets.

@MoodyB: It's good you recognize that you need the downtime. I'm sorry that you need it, but I'm glad you're taking it (does that make sense)?
Yes, the dogs can be a bit of a handful! They get so excited when we go places with them and they pullllll us all over the place for the first few minutes, but then they start to settle down (a little) and get on to the serious exploring and sniffing of things! XD We don't get them out to do that kind of thing very often.
Could you offer to walk a neighbor's dog once in a while? It might be a good alternative to having your own (or not having your own)

i probably needed it. so i might make weekends i can sleep in but weekdays i'll get up.
so i have a bit more of a balance.
we dont really talk with our neighbors so it might be weird.
but it's fine. im more of a cat person anyways lol

Bundles. They're called bundles. I don't know why I keep forgetting that term today, but apparently I am.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah, I'm surprised that's all you've managed - you seem to always get a small heap of bundles and individual items (I'm blanking on that term right now too for some reason). If you earned 5 but have 2, what happened to the other 3 bundles?
I kinda figured that's what you did with them, but I was curious, so thanks for answering. I'm not sure why I have a block against that term for some reason /oops/ Yes, I think the absence of that thread has probably impacted all of us at least some.
It's ok though - I got enough stuff to make me happy and my thread made 50 pages, so it's all good :3

@MoodyB: Yes, some cats are weird and don't seem to mind going on walks, but most do not. Cats are the princesses of the world!!
@Totalanimefan: I think I got 6 or 7 bundles total through the course of the event - not a ton, but plenty to have the items for my accounts and to have a couple to share later. Thanks for the congrats on the thread.
@Totalanimefan: Yeah, I think so. But it helps that I'm online most of the time... or not too far off if I'm not actually here :3 But I've only had a handful of individual people come by, so I'm not sure what to make of that - even you took your sweet time coming in to chat! :P XD

cats love the outdoors but some cant be outside for reasons like being in the city, wild animals, etc.
