"And I don't know WHY this is happening." he went on.

"At least it seems like nobody else has managed to catch it yet." he told her.

"No-one else is showing any symptoms."

"That's the least of our worries, I think." Angela commented.

"Reasonably certain that what we need to worry about, is how she got it again." she added with a shake of her head. She wanted to hit or punch something, but knew that she couldn't.

Both her and Zeke were in rough shape too, as was the one other person who was working there at the moment.

"What the hell is going on with that? She should be good, dammit."

Zeke just hung his head heavily, and shook his head.

"If I could answer, I would." he said.

"But this is an unprecedented situation." he went on.

"It's like she never had it before, but is getting it again, or... whatever." he mumbled.

"We can't pinpoint anything else. Or... anything at all." he lamented.

Angela was silent.

"This is... hell." she muttered before just typing another email for Ty.

Hey Ty, so problems.

Lunet, as you know, had to die due to her virus. She was fine, but it seems she's caught it again. Early stages, but with her immune system, I expect it'll only take a couple of days before she's back to the point where she should be here. She didn't know what else to add in, so just sent it like that.

"Can you get any information from your Dad? Give us ANY sort of idea what we're playing with?"

Zeke bit his lip.

"I contacted him earlier." he said.

"..." he was then silent, and looked away.

"...Mom's sick now." he told her.

"It's not Ouroboros, but... but it's something that WILL kill her if she's not monitored 24/7." he continued. "I think he said it was... the Desata-B virus." he told her, the name bringing chills down her spine. It was a virus that had supposedly been eradicated centuries ago, without a trace left.

"So Dad's... a bit preoccupied." he finished.

"Excuse me?" She asked a minute or so later.

"You mean to tell me that two viruses that should not be on this planet, are?" She asked.

"This is more than just a virus here, has to be."

Zeke shook his head slowly.

"That is an incorrect statement." he said.

"I mean, YES, there IS more than just a virus here. THAT part is right." he told her.

"But... it's... it's not... TWO viruses that should not be on this planet, being on this planet." he said. "It's... actually 4." he went on.

"There are multiple other cases of Desata-B in various places around the world, as well as 'Void Lung'." he informed her.

"...and Rinderpest has been discovered in many herds of cattle around the world."

Angela was silent for a moment, but Zeke knew her, and knew her well. The woman in front of her looked to be about ready to freak out in one way or another, most likely sheer concern.

"Dammit. Just... just dammit." She cursed before sighing, heavily.

"All right... keep up on the news, hey?" She asked. "Please? I need someone to keep me in the look. Also, I hope your mom pulls through."

"I will." he told her.

"I'll keep up on news broadcasts and such." he went on, before pausing. "...also, seems cases of anxiety and depression have skyrocketed to unprecedented levels. In both severity AND quantity." he informed her further.

"So yeah, there's definitely more going on here." he agreed.

"And thank you. I hope Mom pulls through as well."

"I ... I thought that once it was gone, no matter the situation with the carrier, they ... they couldn't get it again for awhile. Like their very genetics to an extent are changed." She added.

"that's... weird. She shouldn't have been able to catch it again so soon, even with her weaker system. At least, I don't think she should have been able to..."
