Angela just met Zeke's gaze, and he could see the concern, the fear, of this being what it was. There weren't too many people infected so far, but she knew that this was something that could spread like wild fire.

"Zeke... I'm scared." She admitted a few seconds later.

"I don't want to lose anyone, but I know that this... this will kill people, and there's no real cure."

He could see she was worried. To understate it.

He wondered if anything he said would make a difference.

Angela return the embrace, holding fast. It wasn't hard to tell she was terrified, she knew taht all three of them were susceptible to the virus, and didn't know how far it may have spread before she figured it out, either.

"... I still need to call Hal." She admitted, not stepping back or releasing him.

"And I dread doing that. I'm not worried about telling him about Lunet... but the quarantine... he's not going to be happy about that."

He didn't relish the thought either, but he'd do whatever he could to ease her burden.

"Just..." She started, sighing.

"Want to clear out so that I can make that call...?" She asked. "I really don't ... I don't look forward to it, but I know it needs to be done."

After he was gone, Angela just sighed, grabbing her phone.

"... all right then." She muttered before dialing the number of a friend.

She hoped he'd answer, but when he didn't, she wasn't surprised. She knew he was off on his own mission for the moment.

"Hal, it's Angela. Please, call me as soon as you can."

After about 5 minutes, as she was getting ready to get some things done, the phone rang.

"It's me." Hal said when she answered.

"What's going on?" he asked.

"the medwing is in quarantine and lockdown." Angela told him plainly.

"Lunet is the first. I think I'm going to have to kill her, and hope that when she revives, she'll be clear of this damned virus.' She added.

"What virus?" Hal then asked, pointedly.

"Ourobourous."

"You now have complete and utter authority in the Unit." he told her.

"Your orders, if need be, can and will supersede all others, until I return." he went on.

"Usually it's him, but I know sometimes it's not. Also, how long will it be before you return? Obviously you don't need to hurry... not like you can see Lunet anyway."

"I only just discovered that Lunet contracted it. I know nothing else. I have only just put the Medwing under quarantine." Angela told him honestly.

"I will let you know any other informaiton that I find out, but for now, I have absolutely NO idea. The only thing I do know, is that apparently the fae around my house have felt a disturbance in the air, but I know nothing more, and I can't go and check." She added after a moment or two.

"I'm locked down here, as are Zeke and Liv. However, I think Nate is out of here, so I can probably... possibly...? Send him to see if he can get any sort of information."

"Well, you know my capabilities." he said.

"If you have any wishes you feel would be useful, let me know." he told her.

"Even something as simple as temporarily allowing Nate to converse with the fae at your home." he went on. "I don't know if they speak English or not." he admitted further.

"I know you and Liv can speak with them for obvious reasons, and I'd always assumed that, if it wasn't English, Zeke's celestial mana allowed him to understand them." he went on.

"But I digress." he mumbled.

"Do what you need to."

"Will you allow text version if need be?" Angela asked. She knew he either could only do vocal, or had a preference for them (she wasn't entriely sure which), so she wanted to ask. If need be, she didn't want to risk being overheard potentially, and causing problems because of it.

"You know I'm a stickler for vocal." Hal started before sighing slightly.

"However, I will agree that text may be better in some instances. Yes, I will honour them as best I can." He answered.

"Thank you... anyway, I have work to do. I'll talk to you later. Stay safe out there."

With that, they ended the call, and Hal looked at his phone, before cursing lightly in a long-forgotten obscure language.

"Why NOW?" he snarled.

"Damn it, this makes NO sense." he growled further, gripping the bridge of his nose and forcing himself to calm down somewhat.

Angela just sighed after hanging up before shaking her head lightly and calling the head office, knowing that who she was looking for should be there.

"Ty, .... Things are serious down here." She told him.

"I haven't had a chance to update you yet, and I am sorry about that. However, a couple of hours ago, I had to put the MedWing in quarantine."
