Hokay! Totally forgot to get craft pics, but am pausing in my rainbow skirt making to take them now!
@apollo im burning: It is such a pretty yarn! One of my all time favorites, for sure! And I'll actually have at least 3 skeins left over when I'm done, because I overestimated how much I needed on my last purchase of it.
@apollo im burning: It is Knit Picks brand, I have no current plans for the exra yarn. Maybe some fingerless gloves, or I might use some of it to mae stuffed animals. And, I haven't fully measured it yet, I'll do that once it's finished, but it's probably around 60" wide at the top. And probably long enough that I could hide completely under it.
@apollo im burning: Blankets are pretty nice to work on especially in winter. I've made a few soft, cozy ones for friends and family, but haven't done anything detailed yet.
I think Joann sales switch over n Tuesday, but there's a lot of yarn on sale currently. I can't find my current ad, but I think Red Heart and Lion Brand are still on sale tomorrow.

What would you want to make/try? I mean, at least the way the one I help run on another site is done is we take the popular theme vote and then people can either try something new or make it in their craft of choice. For example, we've had themes like mermaid, zombie, pig, etc. This month our theme there is horror. XD
And I have not completed a single craft for the theme in any of those months.

@Apollo Im Burning: I like long scarves myself. The longest one I made was the 12 foot Dr. Who scarf that I made for a friend. It was magnificent. I am going to have to track down pictures and post them up here.

@Apollo im burning: Lol. Just a theme for a craft. Like, say....bunnies for example. And then we all attempt to make a bunny or bunnies in whatever craft we want. That way, it's not like we're excluding people who don't know how to do a certain craft.

@apollo im burning: Honestly, I have so many things I need to get done this month that I might not actually finish anything. But maybe an origami ghost If I can find an easy enough pattern/instructions.
Wait, there's a crafting hangout!!! OMG!!!! So I totally crochet!!! Not very well, but somewhat well...Is it okay to share some of what I've done and am fairly proud of?
