"....not going to lie, that is a an option that is very possible." Jax admitted. Levi looked unimpressed, but Jax quickly continued.

"But SOMEONE needs to be there, in case she comes back suddenly!" he insisted.

"...I can't argue that." Levi admitted.

Ally was silent for a moment before just shaking her head.

"Oh! We should get Liv here." she commented.

"Jax, you like her, right?" She asked, her voice curious.

"I can't leave Levi alone in case someone stole Rebecca, and they come for him. And I don't feel right leaving YOU alone, either." She admitted.

"Yeah, we've become good friends." he confirmed.

"Excellent." Levi stated.

"Then she'll spend some time with you are your house, making SURE you sleep." he told him.

"Back in a minute." Was the last thing she said before leaving the room.

She made her way upstairs to their bedroom and took a seat on the bed as she pulled her cell out of he rpocket and dialed Zeke's number.

"Hey Zeke." She greeted when he answered.

"Liv busy? And do you happen to have free time to do a little searching?"

"Ah, hey Ally." he responded.

"Firstly, no she's not." he said. "Secondly, depends on what the searching's about." he continued.

"So before I agree to anything, or sign LIV up for anything, how about some more info?" he asked.

"What's going on?" he asked further.

"I honestly would have prefered not to do this over the phone.... but Jax needs someone to stay with him for awhile - few days or so, not sure how long - because Rebecca is missing and my scrying is finding literally nothing." She told him honestly.

"Jax is likely not going to handle it well, and she's been missing for a few days now." She added

"I'm going to want a little more information from Jax, but I'll speak with Liv and get her over." he continued.

"Where is he now?" he asked.

"With me and Levi." Ally responded.

"You want me to bring Liv there?" Zeke asked. "She probably deserves to know all of what's happening." he reasoned.

"Thanks Zeke." She added as she got to her feet.

"I'll see you two soon." Was the last thing she said before they finished up the conversaions, and she got to her feet, making her way downstairs.

"Zeke's bringing Liv over." She told the men.

"So neither of you will be alone."

Meanwhile, Zeke made his way up to Liv's room, and knocked on the open door to her bedroom to announce himself.

"Hey, Liv?" he addressed her.

"Mind spendin' some time away from home?" he asked.

"It's to help Jax out."

There was silence for a moment before he heard Liv call for him to open the door. When he poked his head in, he saw her on her laptop, just browsing her favourite social media.

"Eh? Yeah, sure. Do I got five minutes to pack up something to wear?" She asked as she looked over.

"Yeah, of course. Just meet me downstairs." Zeke said. After Liv agreed, he backed off, and she set to work getting a bag together. Sure enough, five minutes later, she reached downstairs, her backpack on her back and a bit of a concerned and quizzical look to her eyes.

"Is Jax ok?" She asked, "If you know."

"I don't, not really. We'll find out more when we get to Ally and Levi's." Zeke answered, holding a hand out to her. Liv accepted it, before they vanished via his mana, and appeared in the den of the house they were intending.

"Hey you two." ally greeted.

"Hey." Liv greeted in kind, looking around to see who all was there.

Liv had seen Ally first, obviously. She then saw the shadow behind Ally, and she was able to perceive its true nature, thanks to her unusual mana. She then looked around and saw Levi, who waved at her. She waved back, before her gaze finally rested on Jax.

Who was looking considerably down.

"Hey." he said when their eyes met.

"Been a little bit since we've chatted face-to-face." he commented.

"How y'doing?" he asked her.

"Anyway, what's going on?" She asked, her voice curious. Ally just sighed.

"Rebecca's missing." was Ally's answer.

"And if you're game, I think it'd be a good idea to not have Jax be alone. He's worried, and who knows what will sound like a good idea with that worry brewing." She added. Liv nodded.

".... yeah. I getcha. You want company for a bit, Jax?" She asked the lycan before pausing.

"... do you even have a choice?"

Jax could only laugh when she asked her last question.

"Right." he said.

"Firstly, yeah, about two months." he confirmed. "I think a smidgen less." he told her.

"Secondly, no, I don't have a choice." he then said. "However, don't see that as a BAD thing at this point in time." he admitted. "As crappy as I'm feeling, I know having a close friend around is something that should be happening for me." he admitted. "So while I do not have a choice, I am more than okay with the results of that non-choice." he assured her.

"So Alyssa is missing, huh?" Zeke asked Ally and Levi.

"And scrying is coming up with zilch." the latter responded.

"Shit." the archangel cursed quietly.

"Rebecca's missing, and the crystal is turning up literally nothing. It's not even glitching around an area as I've seen happen before." She added.

"So.... I am hoping you're willing to keep an eye out, go look for her, whatever. Try and help." She added.

"Because.... depending on the reasoning for this, it could be a big problem"

"That sounds like a LOT of money." Jax mumbled.

"Eh, got a mission bonus before this lockdown bullshit happened. Doing just fine for money." Zeke shrugged.
