Aisu - Yeah, near-ish always works for me. ^_^
My husband and I have off Thanksgiving, but my mom has to work it.
Grandma is available at any time.
My mother-in-law has off Sundays.
That makes it the best day for everyone. ^_^

@Wildfire: Oh hi! Doing well now that I can post. You?
dragoness, Sundays are the best days for big meals anyway. Dunno why, but they are. I won't be having the traditional feast this year, but that's fine since I can always do that whenever.

Aisu - That works!
And that is true, could make any day a feast day if you wanted XD. Just depends on how many dishes you want to make. They can even be single servings of 10 dishes for a feast, lol.

@Aisukohi:
I've been quarantining at home and have my take-home covid test ready for next Friday! Honestly cruises are taking it more serious than other travel places so makes me hopeful

@Totalanimefan: honestly if i have to drive somewhere just to walk, i'll never go ;v; i used to listen to music or stories on my phone, which was perfectly fine, but for some reason my phone quit playing youtube and it's not worth it to use youtube without an ad blocker... and idk what else to try, really.

dragoness, Funny thing is I'm more about the side dishes than the proteins on Thanksgiving. Not that I don't love the proteins, but the sides and desserts are where they're at!
