@Lady Luna: I took a bath tonight with Lavendar that didn't even help or work, I think I need some candles or inscents or something. I know that we all need sleep but this is nuts. I can't take the sleeping meds my doctor gave Because in the morning I wake out of dead sleep sweating having a anziety attack with a panic attack so icky scary.
@Fozzy: no I am closer to the Wisconsin Dells and Madison area, but I have traveled across the boarder to IL years ago came back home with a Chicago Bears can of pop. Someone asked me where I found it in Wisconsin and I saidI had to go across to the state there in to get it -unicorn giggles-

Have you tried something stupid like getting offline, away from screens and just reading for an hour or two BEFORE going into your bed?

@Lady Luna: I've tried that before it just keeps me up longer, if I read something on my screen, I'll get to tired and just fall asleep like I did days ago, I fell asleep well on the internet on my phone with it in my hand, I've fallen asleep on my tablet, still on a game like animal crossing pocket camp and my guy ends up turning off my tablet and setting it aside. But I think that I am going to go sleep good night to you both.
