@fozzy: I guess we all have times we feel like that. It's just my situation is kind of funny since the reason I don't want to go therapy is because of my anxiety. Yet, that's the whole reason I have to go therapy in the first place. And hey, congrats on getting to the gym today at least. That's definitely something to be proud of. :)
