Yeah o.o The owner doesnt feed him. When he first started showing up, you could easily feel his ribs :/ So we bring him in and let him roam in the warmth and feed him. Otherwise, he'll be out in the snow all night because they don't let him in -_- *mumbles*
Okay then that I can accept, Makes me wanna lock the "owner" outside in the snow and not feed him :(
