@nyreen: Oh, experimentation. Sure, he's a greedy ass, but there's gotta be something else in there. Like, he wants to find a means of effective control, for example, so he abducts them and performs experiments to see how to get complete control over someone, so that he can rule the kingdom with ZERO anything from anyone. It'd be all good, in his eyes anyway.
