@Panda: You must be super dehydrated ^^; Oh! If you're too dehydrated your stool will get harder. When I was a teenager it got so bad that it cut me from the inside, a doctor told me to drink more water to avoid that.

@superbearwars: I never had any kind of kidney stones for any reasons o-o That's hardcore to me~
@SnakeWeaver: It's very painful, and my kidneys are still very sensitive. Sometimes when I don't get enough rest or water (or both) they still act up. But usually they get better after I get adequate rest and water for a few days. I haven't had any actual stones in years.
@superbearwars: Yeah, i've heard stones can be super painful o-o I'm glad you haven't had any in years though, very good.

I'd like to say I'm taking better care of my body now, but it seems like I'm just responsible in different ways now. x_x But there's so much to be responsible for in a given day in life that it can be really hard to self-care...
